NEWS: Post production in NY state gets a huge boost! Legislation enacted in August 2010 has created a NEW NY State Post Production tax credit program. This is completely separate from the New York State Film Production tax credit program. It consists of a fully refundable 10% tax credit on qualified post production costs in New York State.
