The NEW New York State Post Production Tax Credit
Post FactoryNY is a founding member of the Post New York Alliance, which was instrumental in creating a brand NEW New York State Post Production tax credit program. This is completely separate from the New York State Film Production tax credit program. It consists of a fully refundable 10% tax credit on qualified post production costs in New York State.
